Shipping & Returns
At Wanuskewin Gift Shop & Wanuskewin Collective we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. We target to process all orders within 24 hours during our regular business hours. Store hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., closed on Sundays.
Once processed, you will receive shipping confirmation via email, as well as tracking information, if applicable.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification. Shipping times vary between 2-7 business days for delivery.
Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or on Canadian stat holidays.

CANADIAN ORDERS
All Canadian orders placed with Wanuskewin Gift Shop and Collective are processed, packed and shipped within 3-4 days in Canada from Saskatoon, SK. All packages are shipped using Canada Post. No duties or additional taxes will be incurred after placing your order.
Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping options are through Canada Post. Packages shipped within Canada include tracking and delivery notifications options as well as $100 insurance on the items purchased through expedited parcels.
USA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders placed in USA and International locations with the Gift Shop and Collective are processed, packed and shipped within 3-4 days in Canada from Saskatoon, SK.
Clients have the option to choose Canada Post shipping or UPS. All UPS parcels are tracked. Canada post offers multiple shipping options with tracking and insurance up to $100, however, Small Packet International Air is not trackable and does not have insurance on packages. Lead times on shipments vary depending on exact receiving location.

Wanuskewin Gift Shop has no control over shipping rates or delivery times as that is through Canada Post and UPS, Wanuskewin Gift Shop is also not liable for any lost or stolen product once the product leaves the store.
Free Saskatoon Pickup
Orders placed within Saskatoon for Local-Pickup will be available for pick-up at our Broadway Location, at the Wanuskewin Collective: 808 Broadway Avenue Saskatoon, SK. You will receive an email when your order is available for pick-up. Please provide the order number provided upon purchase and a photo I.D. upon arrival.
Online Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, with respect to earrings and make-up all sale items are a final sale. Once the item is returned and we have inspected for original condition, we will issue you a store credit.
In order to qualify for a return, please contact us at wanuskewingiftshop@gmail.com, for instructions regarding your return. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy
We do not do refunds. We offer exchange or store credit.
When returned in unworn, unwashed, or defective condition, with accompanying receipt within 7 days of date of purchase. For hygienic reasons earrings, make-up & other body-care products, and food items are final sale.
Returning Online Orders In-Store
Local to Saskatoon? Online orders can also be returned in person at the following location: 808 Broadway Avenue, Saskatoon, SK, with a printed or digital invoice/packing slip within 7 days of receiving your order.
Currency
All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars. The currency converter provided serves as an exchange estimate only. A currency exchange will occur via your chosen method of payment once the transaction is complete.

Wanuskewin Gift Shop is a not for profit gift shop with 100% of our proceeds going back into the Wanuskewin Heritage Park itself- with exception of our donations like Orange Shirt products and beaded poppies.
