Shipping & Returns

At Wanuskewin Gift Shop we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. We strive to process all orders within 24 hours during our regular business hours. Store hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., closed on Sundays.

Once processed we will email you a notification that your items have shipped and provide you with the tracking information.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification and an additional 2-7 business days for delivery.

Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or on Canadian stat holidays.

Get in touch - for any adjustments. Please note that requests made over 12 hours after an order has been placed may not be eligible, as your order is already underway.


All Canadian orders placed with Wanuskewin Gift Shop are processed, packed and shipped within 3-4 days in Canada from Saskatoon, SK. All packages are shipped using Canada Post. No duties or additional taxes will be incurred after placing your order.

Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

Free Saskatoon Pickup
Orders placed within Saskatoon for Local-Pickup will be available for pick-up at our Broadway Location: 810 Broadway Avenue Saskatoon, SK. Please show a proof of purchase (smart phone receipt is perfect) and a photo i.d. in order to acquire the goods ordered. We will contact you to let you know when the items are available for pick-up.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, with respect to apparel, all sale items are a final sale and all apothecary items are also a final sale. Once the item is returned and we have inspected for original condition, we will issue you a store credit.

In order to qualify for a return, you must contact us at, so that we can give you specific instructions regarding your return. We will also provide you with an authorization number to be included in your shipment. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Holiday Return Policy
Full-priced items purchased from November 1st - December 24th may be exchanged or a store credit can be issued until January 24th with original receipt.

Currently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We welcome you to return your items by mail, and we will issue a gift card with store credit.

Returning Faulty/Incorrect Items
In the event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to us at and we will happily provide a return shipping label. Once the defective item is received we will ship out a replacement.

Returning Online Orders In-Store
Local to Saskatoon? Online orders can also be returned in person at the following location: 810 Broadway Avenue, Saskatoon, SK, with a printed or digital invoice/packing slip within 7 days of receiving your order.

Purchases made in store are valid for exchange or store credit, when returned in unworn, unwashed, or defective condition, with accompanying receipt. Items purchased at a discounted price or returned with a gift receipt are eligible for store credit only.

All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars. The currency converter provided serves as an exchange estimate only. A currency exchange will occur via your chosen method of payment once the transaction is complete.
