Use Cedar Mist for the times you need to smudge or clear negative energy without the smoke. Cedar is used for grounding, purification, and for balance. It was one of the first gifts of natural healing shared with the Europeans upon their arrival to Turtle Island (North America).

Mist - Cedar 120 ml / 4.06 oz

Contains:

  • Distilled water, polysorbate 20 (coconut derived), essential oil and/or nature identical oil blend

Cedar is nature’s purifier and boasts a distinctly resinous fragrance. Leaves are cleaned from the stems and separated into small pieces to be used in many ways (for making tea, bathing and ceremony). It represents grounding, maturity, purification and balance. Elders suggest walking with cedar in your shoes to walk in a good way down your path and it was one of the first gifts of natural healing shared with settlers upon their arrival (its high vitamin C content was a great antidote for scurvy). It is the western direction of the medicine wheel.

Behind the brand

Mother Earth Essentials

Mother Earth Essentials is deeply rooted in the traditions and wisdom passed down through generations. Founder Carrie Armstrong, was inspired by her grandmother, mother and aunts’ teachings of healing plants and natural remedies, which were kept hidden out of fear but shared in moments of solitude. It was through these teachings that Carrie discovered the power of cultural wisdom to heal not only individuals but communities as well.
