Kelsey Desjarlais is a beadwork artist from Muskowekwan Treaty 4 territory with over 4 years of experience refining her craft. Through Prairie Sage Beadwork, she creates luxury beadwork that honors her heritage by blending traditional and contemporary designs. Her work features high-grade materials such as gemstones and precious metals, inspired by earth tones and natural elements, inviting people from all walks of life to appreciate the beauty of wearable art.
About Wanuskewin collective
Our shops are a not-for-profit organization that have been apart of the Wanuskewin Heritage Park for over 30 years now. With our earnings going back into the park and other organizations such as ones involved in survivors of Residential schools as well as families of Missing Murdered Indigenous Women; we are fortunate and proud to be apart of Treaty 6 Territory.
